Our two gites sleep up to 4 and 6, with each incorporating home-from-home essentials & modern fittings, but carefully retaining the rustic character and original oak beams, along with many other original features.  

Conveniently set 2Km from the popular and historic Dordogne village of Eymet. The gites have their own very private terraces, entrances, parking  and gardens with uninterrupted views, but have shared access to the beautiful 10x5m Romanesque swimming pool and walled garden as well as the 6.5 acres surrounding the 2 gites. 

The space and tranquillity here makes the setting perfect for both a romantic haven and family holiday, or for the gites to be shared by larger groups.   

Les Tourtereaux – sleeping up to 6, including a 4 poster king size bed. 

A place of tranquillity and charm, this 3 bedroom gite offers totally private setting over-looking magnificent views of the Dordogne countryside. Enjoy a glass of chilled wine on your terrace, take a shady break in the hammock or sit for a moment to absorb the beautiful environment that surrounds you. Forget the hassles of a busy schedule and enjoy a relaxing break in Les Tourtereaux where time is not important. This vine clad gite offers luxury accommodation with a four poster bed and a Jacuzzi shower to die for – it even has a radio and foot massager inside!

The third bedroom includes its own studio suite facility of a small kitchen, private bath and shower room and an independent entrance, providing a flexible solution for larger groups to be conveniently accommodated. 

Gite de Capulet – sleeping up to 4 

This gite cottage offers authentic charm alongside modern conveniences providing accommodation for up to 4 people with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a super king sized bed ( convertible in to 2 twin beds ), and a contemporary bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower. The full sized sofa bed in the lounge allows for up to 4 to stay in this gite, making it perfect for couples or small families.  Gite de Capulet has its own 3 terraces, barbecue, private parking and gardens and is just 20 steps to the 10x5m swimming pool. 

This beautiful rolling agricultural region famous for its high quality produce is between the rivers of the Dordogne, the Lot and the Garonne and is so well placed for exploring these river valleys so rich in history and natural beauty.

The Dordogne region dates back to medieval times and is a world unlike any other. With panoramic views of lush green valleys bordered by high riverside cliffs, tiny castles, winding country lanes, medieval villages, and stone roofed cottages; the Périgord scenery is second to none.  

As well as having some of the best restaurants in the area, Eymet hosts the famous night-time market throughout the months of July and August, along with the traditional antique market on a Thursday.

In fact there are markets for every day of the week spanning across all the local villages, each boasting their own specialties of fresh produce, wines, cheeses or traditional art.  

Throughout the year, festivals and fêtes are held in and around Eymet and surrounding villages, reflecting the seasons and the traditions of French culture for all to enjoy.

There are many places of historical interest well worth a visit. All the local Bastide towns of Eymet, Monflanquin, Castillonnes, Villereal and the simply stunning villages of Monpazier, Issigeac (with its beautiful medieval houses and bishops palace), Pujols and Penne d'Agenais with its winding streets and the church at the summit of the hill are all within easy drive.  

We are also ideally situated to be accessible for a range of activities from extreme sport, to gentle walking, fishing, go-carting, and boating/canoeing and for touring the chateaux and vineyards.
