Our property is a spacious and comfortable 'gite' or holiday cottage in the tranquil hamlet of St.Anne in the commune of St.Dolay, With the beautiful port town of La Roche Bernard just a few miles down the road.

We are ideally situated for a variety of activities, including walking, cycling, painting and viewing the wildlife. Being on the edge of the River Vilaine there are numerous places to fish. And for the golfers there is the famous international golf course La Bretesche just 10 minutes away by car.

The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with dining room a large comfortable living room with English satellite TV, three bedrooms and bathroom toilet and shower. There is constant hot water and timed central heating during the winter months
