LE VIEUX MOULIN

Le Vieux Moulin is situated approximately 2kilometres west of the Medieval Town of Josselin. Set in grounds of 5 acres with 2 acres being Gardens. There are 2 Duck ponds complete with tame ducks.

The main house accommodates 10-12  The entrance hall is used as the main dining area. To the right is the first lounge, which has Leather suite. This is the television room with Sky Digital. A patio door leads out to the front of the house. To the left of the entrance is the Kitchen, which has Large Cooker, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer and Microwave. There is an oak bar separating the kitchen area from the breakfast area, which has a pine table and six chairs. A patio door leads out on to the front of the house.

At the rear of the entrance hall there is a large Lounge with Television and Video. This is used as the Film room. We have a range of over 300 Videos. There are 2 patio doors that lead to the rear of the house.

The staircase leads off the entrance hall. On the first floor the main bedroom is on the right. This has a King size brass bed. In this room there is an en-suite bathroom, Corner bath with Shower taps. Washbasin and Toilet.

The second bedroom facing the stairs has a double bed.

The third bedroom is at the end of the hallway. This bedroom has a double brass bed, it also has an en-suite bathroom.

The main bathroom is on the landing and has Bath, separate shower washbasin and toilet.

2^nd staircase leads to upper floor that has landing area with fourth bedroom to the right that has 2 single beds. There is room to put in a put u up bed for a small child. The fifth bedroom is on the opposite side with double bed. This also has room for a put u up bed if needed. 

The attached cottage is accessible from its own entrance. The main door leads to the kitchen that has Cooker, Fridge Freezer and Microwave. The dining area is raised at one end with table and chairs to seat 4. The shower room is off the kitchen area,

A door leads to the Lounge that has 3-piece suite. Patio doors lead on to the paved area to the front of the property. Staircase leads to the bedroom area that has double bed. Another staircase leads to the mezzanine above that has 2 single beds. 

The Detached cottage situated approx 50 metres away from the main house has entrance door leading to the Kitchen, which has cooker, Fridge freezer, and Microwave. A door leads to the shower room. Glass panelled door leads to the lounge that has 3-piece suite and foldaway table and 4 chairs. Patio door leads onto patio and gardens with views over duck pond. The Staircase leads to the bedrooms. To the left bedroom 1 which has 2 single beds. To the right bedroom 2 which has a double bed. 

In the grounds is the above ground pool measuring 8 metres x 4 metres and 1.20 metres deep. 

The whole complex is situated for easy access to all amenities. There is 10 minutes drive at Ploermel a Large watersports park, which has Water skiing, Windsurfing and sailing. Lessons are available for all. There is also a small beach. A nine-hole golf course edges the lake.
