The accommodation consists of ; downstairs, large dining room, separate large lounge and lovely French style kitchen. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, large bath/shower room and a wonderful veranda with table and chairs perfect for relaxing with a glass of local wine.

Outside the large totally enclosed gardens are laid mainly to lawn ideal for children. The property has a private driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles.

All facilities are nearby. The local village of St Simeon has bar/restaurant, Gorran within a 10 minute drive has supermarket, shops, restaurants/bars, open air swimming pool and many other facilities. 12 miles away is the medieval town of domfront. The city of Mayenne is 20 miles with great shopping and castle.

Within 1 hours drive there are many lovely places to visit including the famous Mont St Michael second only to the Eiffel tower as the most visited attraction in France, lovely sandy beaches, DD memorials the list goes on and on. You are never stuck for some thing to to do.

In all a great place for resting , walking , biking , touring or just soaking up the French way of life in beautiful French surroundings.
