The Water Mill which has been renovated and furnished to a very high standard and consists of : The ' machine room ' which has a stone flagged floor, oak beams and the original ( 18th century ) illuminated mill workings, all recently restored. There are comfortable armchairs & settee, CD player & radio, books & games. A wide hardwood staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms. 

The ' Oak room ' with the old mill stones embedded in the floor has a comfortable double bed, TV with DVD player & en suite shower room, wc, hand basin and annex ' Millers room ' with a 3/4 'lit bateau and 1 single bed which can also be accessed by its own private balcony .

A third double bedroom, has a TV video with en suite Jacuzzi bath, separate WC & host's a four poster bed and a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with electric fans to keep you cool in the hot summer months. A fully fitted kitchen has been installed in the original mill race where you can even feed the fish, which come up the tunnel quite impressive ! Large work surfaces with double sink, microwave/grill, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. Covered eating area, and separate WC, washbasin.

On site facilities :- Closed children's garden with heated plunge pool (5m x 1m) a covered eating area, baby sitting , evening meals, boules, badminton pitch, table tennis, mountain bikes and riverside shady area for Al Fresco dining.
