This attractive old property is set in a quiet rural hamlet away from any main roads yet very accessible from the RN10 which is some 5 miles away. 

The fenced  6 metre circular pool makes a lovely spot for refreshing yourself on a hot day and the garden is ideally laid out for quiet barbecues on the patios. The house has lovely old beams in it and a very sizeable sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove for any cold evenings.

There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with twin beds. There is an en suite shower and W.C. downstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an en suite W.C. and basin and there is a bathroom.

The kitchen has a utility room next to it with a further shower and W.C.  Duvets and pillows are provided. There is also garden furniture. Poitiers and Futuroscope are within reasonable driving distance and there are beach lakes nearby.

There is a child friendly monkey sanctuary at Romagne which is about eight minutes away.
