Who are EA Design ?

Q. How much will my web site cost:

A. £175 all in ! This amount includes the purchase of a domain name, registered in your own name along with web hosting (Web Space) and the design of the Web Site.

Q. What are the ongoing costs?

A. Hosting costs are £57.75 per annum (due at the end of the first year) and the Domain registration will require renewal in 2 years at a cost of £19.50 (for two years registration).

Q. Am I obliged to keep the web site for a number of years?

A. Absolutely not. There is no contract and you are free not to renew the services when they fall due. The domain name will remain your property during the registration period. Should you wish to move the domain name from our management at any time you are free to do so subject to an administration charge of £25.

Q. How long will my Web Site take to build?

A. Around 3 weeks generally. If you require changes or alterations once you see the site on our testing server then this may mean things take a little longer. There is no charge to make changes to the site.

Q. Can I update the details on the site at a later date?

A. Yes of course you can, simply email any changes you would like to us and we will update your site within 7 days (there is no charge for this service). We would ask that you limit changes to a maximum of 4 per year after the site is launched but, in real terms we will continue to update your site free as long as the number of changes does not become excessive.

Q. When will I be asked to pay for the Web Site?

A. As soon as you have approved the completed web site an invoice will be sent to you. Once payment is received, your web site will go live.

Q. Will my listing at Holiday Gites .com be delayed while the Web Site is built.

A. Not at all. The listing at Holiday Gites .com will be uploaded straight away on receipt of your order. Once your Web Site is complete we will add a link from your advert directly to your web site.

Q. What if my preferred domain name is not available.

A. If the domain name you have chosen is not available for purchase then we will suggest some alternatives for you to choose from, or you can advise us of another name you like. If we are unable to find a domain name that you like then you may cancel your order and owe us nothing.

Q. You say I can have up to 50 photos on the Web Site. How can I get these to you.

A. Simply email them to us at info@Holidaygites.com : Please try and make sure that each email does not exceed 2mb in size. If you have a problem with this then please email us for advice.
