The property is part of an old stone farmhouse and has many charming original features, such as exposed stone, oak beams and 16th century fireplace. These are combined with modern facilities, fitted kitchen, and central heating for your comfort all year round. Bed linen is provided, beds are made up prior to your arrival. The large garden, approx 1 acre, and small pool are shared with the owners (French/English ) who live in the main house. We have good contacts for house hunters and can help with translation if needed.

Many sports are available locally, including golf, fishing, horse riding, go-karting and water sports. Cycling and walking are also popular in this area, with hundreds of kilometres of signposted routes.

The village of Champs St. Pere is a short drive, offering bakery, cafes, restaurants, and supermarket. Moutiers les Mauxfaits with its ancient covered market hall is 5 mins away and the historic cathederal town of Lucon is 15 mins.
