The main room has a large open fireplace, plenty of seating, TV and DVD player. A free, full size proper pool table and a piano for those musical evenings. The main bedroom is up the stairs on the mezanine floor overlooking the fireplace. A small conservatory leads through to the second ensuite bedroom comprising 1 double and 2 single beds. A large patio outside leads straight to the swimming pool which is 9mtrs by 5mtrs and the boule court.

The views in all directions are lovely. There are plenty of well signposted local walks. Birds and wildlife are abundant and several lakes are within 4 km. There is a laundrette in Evron. The ancient village of St Suzanne is only 10km and there are lots of local markets.
